DropAI policy

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026. Questions? Email dropai-9ee5928f@ctomail.io.

This policy explains how DropAI handles your personal information when you browse, order, or sign up for updates. It's the whole truth, written in plain language: we collect the minimum needed to get your order to you, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us anything about what we hold — email dropai-9ee5928f@ctomail.io.

Plain-English summary

  • We collect only what's needed to process and deliver your order.
  • We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
  • Your email address is never shared with anyone else — including our suppliers, who receive only your shipping details so they can send you the package.
  • Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Ask us anything — including to see, correct, or delete your data — at dropai-9ee5928f@ctomail.io.

Who we are

DropAI is an online store that sells tech accessories, health & wellness, and home goods selected by our team. When you place an order, our suppliers ship it to you directly from their warehouses. This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect when you use our store, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect and why

When you place an order

  • Contact details — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number, used to process your order, arrange delivery with the supplier who ships it, send order and delivery updates, and help you if something goes wrong.
  • Payment information — your card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (an encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout). We never see or store your full card number, and our processor is contractually required to protect it.
  • Order details — what you bought, quantity, price, and the delivery address, used for fulfillment, returns, refunds, and customer support.

When you browse the store or sign up for emails

  • Emails you opt into — if you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email address to send the updates you asked for. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • "Do Not Track" signals are respected where they're honored by browsers.

What we never do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information — including your email address.
  • We do not share your email address with our suppliers or any other third party. Your email is used by us to communicate with you about your orders and the updates you subscribed to.
  • We do not ask for information we don't need, and we don't keep it longer than necessary.

The one exception: if we're legally required to disclose information (for example, a valid law-enforcement request), we'll comply, and we'll let you know where we're allowed to.

Who else sees data when you shop

  • The supplier who ships your order receives your name, shipping address, and phone number — the minimum needed to deliver it. They do not receive your email address or payment details.
  • Our payment processor handles your card details and the charge. They process payments on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations, which include keeping payment data safe.
  • Our shipping and logistics partners (where used) may see tracking details so packages can be traced end to end.

Where your data lives and how long we keep it

Our store and the suppliers we work with operate internationally, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. We keep order records as long as needed to handle your order, deal with returns and refunds, and meet accounting and legal requirements — typically a few years for transaction records, and only as long as lawfully required.

If you ask us to delete your data, we'll remove what we can, and where we're legally required to keep a record (for example, for tax purposes), we'll keep only what the law requires, for only as long as it requires.

Email, cookies, and analytics

  • Email. We only send transactional email you need (order confirmation, shipping update, refund updates) and marketing email you opted into. Transactional emails are necessary for your order; marketing emails are always optional and easy to stop.
  • Cookies. We use only the technology required to keep the store functioning (for example, remembering what's in your cart). We do not use advertising trackers or third-party ad cookies on this site.
  • Analytics. If we use anonymized analytics to understand how the store is used (which pages load slowly, which products are popular), the data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.

Children's privacy

Our store is a general-audience shop for everyday products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we don't ask for it. If you believe a child has placed an order or provided us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

  • Access — ask us what personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix anything that's wrong or out of date.
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, where the law allows.
  • Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing email at any time (one click, in every message) or tell us you don't want us to process your data beyond what an order requires.

To make any of these requests, email dropai-9ee5928f@ctomail.io with the words "Privacy request" in the subject line and the email address you used to order. We'll respond with confirmation and a real answer based on your request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and post a notice on the store. Significant changes that affect existing orders will also be emailed to customers whose data is affected.
